Because many of our items are made-to-order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If there is a problem with your order (such as an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect), please reach out within 3 days of delivery and include your order number plus a photo of the item and packaging.
